Rivier is a product of PRAECISE LTD (registered in England and Wales, company number 15567058), 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. In this document "we" and "us" mean PRAECISE LTD, which is the business responsible for Rivier and the party you deal with.

Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes and in line with these terms and our acceptable use policy at https://rivier.ai/acceptable-use. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and will try to give notice of significant changes.
Who may use the services
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a contract with us.
Accounts
If you create an account you must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secret and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and you can close yours at any time by getting in touch (contact@praecise.com).
Payment
You pay by the methods shown when you choose a plan or at checkout. Payments are processed by a payment provider. We may ask for verification and may refuse or cancel an order or a subscription we suspect to be fraudulent.
Content you provide
You keep the rights in what you upload or send us. You give us a licence to store, display and process it as needed to provide the service. You promise that you have the right to share it and that it breaks no law or anyone's rights.
AI features
Some features use an artificial intelligence assistant. It is not a person, and its answers may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them for legal, medical or financial decisions. Anything it says about prices, availability or our policies is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing.
Our content
The site and its content, including text, images, logos and software, belong to PRAECISE LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own use but may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Your information
How we use your personal information is set out in our privacy policy at https://rivier.ai/privacy.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, for loss of profit or business to the extent you use the site for business, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version in force when you place an order or start using a service applies to it. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but this does not take away any rights you have as a consumer to rely on the mandatory law of the country where you live or to bring a claim in the courts there.
General
If part of these terms is found to be unenforceable the rest continues to apply. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the site. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.

Rivier is offered on plans. A new organisation has a free trial of 14 days; a paid plan renews each period until you cancel. The details, including how to cancel, what happens to your information afterwards and refunds, are at https://rivier.ai/cancellation. Payments are processed by a payment provider.
What you are responsible for
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the information you put in, what you ask assistants to do and what you publish or send. Our processing of personal data for you is governed by the terms at https://rivier.ai/dpa. How we protect information is described at https://rivier.ai/security.
Consumers
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. How to cancel, and what the law gives you, is explained at https://rivier.ai/cancellation.
