Rivier is the Praecise agent: one place a business asks, and the work gets done across the tools it already pays for, the mail it already sends and the apps it runs on Praecise Cloud. It plans the steps, carries them out, remembers how the business works, and writes down everything it did.
Rivier is being rebuilt as the agent across the Praecise suite. Early access opens with a Praecise account; this page says what it does once it does it.

One prompt, and the whole suite behind it.
A chat window can write about a business. It cannot take the payment, post the entry or answer the customer. Rivier can, because it works through the parts of Praecise that already do those things, and through the systems the business already runs.

It learns how the business works, and keeps it.
A business explains itself once. Rivier keeps four kinds of memory: the task in hand, even when it runs for days; what the business knows, from its documents and its conversations; how jobs get done, written down as it learns them; and everything it has already done. Each person's memory stays theirs, and what the team shares is the team's.

Permission, never ownership.
Rivier is given permission to act, inside limits the business sets, and any permission can be withdrawn in one place. It plans freely and asks before money moves. Every step it takes is written down, so a person who was not there can see what happened and why.
Rivier runs on Praecise Metal under Furcate, with its own identity rather than a borrowed one, and a spend limit per project that it stops at. The models change; the record, the limits and the machines do not.
